The product addresses the fast-growing and urgent demand for the legal protection and empowerment of our society and focuses on the specific needs of the individual with regard to accessibility of the law.

The political and socio-economical development in South Africa during the past decade has brought about enormous legal responsibilities for the individual. The need for legal services on a weekly and even a daily basis became a reality. However, research has shown that a huge percentage of society does not have access to the law. Legal iQ was specifically established in October 2004 to address these problems and has, within a short period of time, grown into a leading legal service-providing business. Our member base consists of individual as well as a number of corporate clients in various industries such as insurance, financial, retail, loyalty clubs, employee wellbeing programmes, insurance brokers, trade unions, and so forth. We are currently servicing an estimated 1.4 million main members including their immediate families, which adds up to about 3.5 to 4 million end-users.
