Membership of Legal iQ entitles you and your immediate family to legal advice and legal representation and litigation by qualified lawyers in any court (High and Lower Courts) or forum anywhere in South Africa, on the following matters (subject to the Legal iQ terms and conditions):

• The bail service includes the payment of bail money for the member and his/her family • Bail payments are limited to R5 000 per family member per incident.
EXCLUSIONS:
- Events that occurred outside the borders of South Africa - Events which occurred before the commencement of membership or within the three- month waiting period (six months in respect of bail services) - Matters adjudicated in the Small Claims Court - Business- related matters - Insolvencies and administration of estates - Water and electricity disputes - Investment and pension/provident fund disputes - Land claims - Constitutional Court proceedings - Any act or activity pertaining to political activity / riot, civil commotion, labour riot/strike/lockout or public disorder - All matters not specifically included in 1 to 68 above These are the only exclusions; we rather include than exclude. |
